I've started again. I mean.. I've never stopped, but I'm feeling stronger.
I work out for about two hours a day.
I started smoking again (gosh I love how it makes my scale numbers low). I know it's unhealthy, but without it I'm weak........
I eat 3-4 times a day. 8 in the morning, 11, 14 and (if I can't avoid it) at 17 o'clock.
Today I'm going to skiing and after that to pilates.
This morning I was 72.5 kg... Can't wait to weight myself next morning!
Oh.. Currently I'm drinking coffee... Maybe some thinspiration?
Remember... nothing tastes as good as thin feels
